Dispensary Warehouse Group today announced the launch of a $2 million capital raise, alongside a strategic mandate with InvestorDeck to lead investor introductions and strategic communications as the Group enters its next phase of growth.
At the centre of the raise is SOVRYN, the Group’s proprietary platform, an AI-enabled B2B marketplace and demand activation ecosystem for non-PBS healthcare, designed to unify prescribing, pharmacy fulfilment, patient acquisition, and clinical communications into a single, scalable infrastructure layer.
As non-PBS healthcare continues to expand across categories including medical cannabis, private therapeutics, and emerging treatments, the sector remains fragmented — with disconnected prescribing, distribution, and patient access pathways. SOVRYN addresses this by integrating the entire value chain into one coordinated system.
The capital raise will accelerate national rollout and adoption of SOVRYN across the Group’s core operating divisions:
- Dispensary Warehouse — banner pharmacy network and direct-to-pharmacy B2B marketplace enabling efficient product distribution
- Prescripta Health — vertically integrated prescribing and telehealth infrastructure, combining clinic discovery, consultation delivery, and PABX-based patient communication systems
- Marketing Services Division — performance-driven demand generation engine supplying qualified patient flow into the Prescripta network at scale
- Pharmacy TV — in-pharmacy and clinic reception, digital media network delivering targeted patient engagement at the point of care
- Dispensary Insider & Prescripta Magazine — owned healthcare and industry media platforms supporting education, awareness, and demand activation
Together, these assets are orchestrated through SOVRYN to form a closed-loop operating system for non-PBS healthcare, enabling seamless coordination between prescribers, pharmacies, brands, and patients.
“We’re excited to be working with Dispensary Warehouse Group to support capital introductions and strategic marketing as they scale,” said Gary Mackenzie, InvestorDeck.
“This is not a single-product business — SOVRYN represents the infrastructure layer for non-PBS healthcare in Australia. By integrating prescribing, distribution, demand generation, and clinical communications into a unified ecosystem, the Group has built a highly scalable platform with significant market potential.”
Through SOVRYN, brands can transact directly with pharmacies while simultaneously activating patient demand and managing clinical pathways, improving margins, reducing inefficiencies, and accelerating access across the system.
Funds raised will be deployed across:
- Continued development of the SOVRYN platform, including AI and communications infrastructure
- Expansion of the Prescripta Health clinic and telehealth network nationally
- Pharmacy onboarding and marketplace growth
- Scaling owned media and demand-generation capabilities
- Working capital to support transaction growth and network expansion
With early momentum and a clearly defined strategy, Dispensary Warehouse Group is positioning SOVRYN as the foundational infrastructure layer underpinning the future of non-PBS healthcare in Australia.
The Company is now seeking strategic and sophisticated investors to participate in this next phase of growth.
