Leading infrastructure consultancy, Dalcour Maclaren, has been named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework on the following lots:
- Lot number 1 – Total estate management
- Lot number 3 – Agency and Lease Management
- Lot number 5 – Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders
Through these lots, Dalcour Maclaren can provide total estate management, agency and lease management, and valuation and compulsory purchase in public procurement projects.
The framework gives government departments and other public bodies access to experienced, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)-qualified suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for money across land and property projects. It provides Dalcour Maclaren with a clear route to support public sector bodies across the UK with efficient, specialist land and property expertise.
“Securing a place on this framework represents a key milestone in our work with the public sector,” said Mike Ferens, Client Group Director, Infrastructure at Dalcour Maclaren. “It enables us to collaborate more closely on nationally significant infrastructure projects and strengthens how we support government departments, local authorities and other public bodies with clear, robust land and environment advice.”
Dalcour Maclaren already supports a range of public sector organisations on major schemes, including HS2 and other nationally significant programmes. The firm is also working on some of the UK’s largest utilities and infrastructure projects, including the Gatwick Airport Northern Runway scheme, Cross Border Connection, Dogger Bank and Hornsea 1.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector secure £5.3 billion commercial benefits, supporting world-class public services and best value for taxpayers.
