Harmonelo, a Czech-born microbiome and probiotic company, has opened conversations with prospective market-building partners in selected European countries after completing six years of staged operational development.
The company says its Brno-based infrastructure now includes laboratories, product development, production, logistics, distributor education, field support and digital systems. Harmonelo’s published operating figures include more than 135,000 satisfied customers, more than 600,000 packages delivered, more than 1.7 million products sold and shipments to more than 30 countries. These figures are historical operating data and are not forecasts of future business outcomes.
The European expansion has been covered by Business For Home, a specialist news platform for the international direct selling and network marketing sector. Harmonelo cites the article as independent industry reporting, not as an endorsement.
Harmonelo says the process is selective rather than a mass launch. The company is reviewing experienced leaders, market openers, trainers and community builders who understand local customer education, compliance and long-term team culture and who can work in English.
“We are not looking for everyone. We are looking for experienced leaders who understand what it means to open a market responsibly,” said Michal Karmazin, Chief Sales Officer and Master Distributor at Harmonelo. “If someone is going to represent Harmonelo in a new market, the concept has to resonate with them first.”
The invitation is aimed primarily at proven professionals who are currently between projects or deliberately seeking long-term responsibility for building a country. Harmonelo says it is not asking successful leaders to leave companies where they are established and satisfied.
Prospective partners first review a 14-minute English-language global presentation and may then complete a short market-partner application. Selected applicants can be invited to an exploratory video call to assess mutual fit, market readiness and compliance requirements.
