Award-winning HR technology company, Connectr, has appointed Talia King as their Chief Product Officer to evolve the strategic relationship between customer and product. As part of the senior leadership team at Connectr Talia will join 50% of female executives in the business.
To ensure Connectr’s user experience is as effective and impactful as possible, Talia will work strategically across the business to ensure alignment with commercial and product growth, working particularly closely with Connectr’s in-house Research, Data, Design and Product team; as well as working closely with customers, to revise, update and optimise the platform to user needs.
Founded in 2010, Connectr’s mission is to give every person equal power and opportunity to shape their future, offering future and existing talent access to mentoring which supports their progression, development and belonging.
Talia has been at the heart of Connectr’s platforms since its inception and launch in 2015, and her career has grown with the business. Having immersed herself into tech and business growth communities in London notably within the Woman in Product-London and the Seedrs’ Venture Partner programme, Talia regularly presents at and hosts industry events.
With a background in psychology and experience in developing L&D functions, Talia has also worked for huge brands such as Disney and brings an in-depth understanding of user needs that continually informs the optimisation of Connectr’s technology. Most recently Talia has built an experienced Product Development team, who drive an innovative, outcome-based test-and-learn culture. Connectr’s HR technology solves real business challenges, whilst ensuring each user has rewarding and meaningful mentoring relationships.
