Press Release

LONDON - June 17, 2026

London, UK – September 2026 – The Honeypot Children’s Charity is delighted to announce the return of its annual Comedy Night at The Comedy Store, London, on Wednesday 16 September 2026.

Now in its fifth year, the much-loved fundraising event will once again bring together some of the UK’s best comedians for an evening of laughter, entertainment and fundraising in support of young carers and children aged 5-12 experiencing difficult circumstances.

Hosted by the brilliant comedian, writer and broadcaster Ria Lina, this year’s stellar line-up includes comedy favourites Milton Jones, Sikisa, Ian Stone and award-winning Australian comedian Felicity Ward.

Since launching in 2022, the Honeypot Comedy Night has raised thousands of pounds to support young carers and children experiencing difficult circumstances. Young carers are children who help look after a family member affected by illness, disability, mental ill health or addiction, often taking on responsibilities beyond their years. Honeypot provides these children with opportunities to have a much-needed break, to build confidence, make friends, improve their wellbeing and enjoy the childhood experiences every child deserves.

Comedian and Honeypot Comedy Night MC, Ria Lina said:

“I’m delighted to be returning to host Honeypot’s Comedy Night once again. Every year it’s a fantastic evening, and this year’s line-up is one of our best yet. With the wonderfully inventive Milton Jones, the brilliant Sikisa, the ever-sharp Ian Stone and the fearless Felicity Ward, audiences are in for a real treat. Most importantly, every laugh helps raise vital funds so young carers and children aged 5-12 experiencing difficult circumstances can enjoy the childhood every child deserves. I can’t wait for another unforgettable night at The Comedy Store.”

Simmi Woodwal, Chief Executive of The Honeypot Children’s Charity, said:

“We are incredibly grateful to Ria and all of the comedians who generously give their time to support Honeypot. This event has become a real highlight in our calendar and, as we celebrate its fifth year, we’re looking forward to bringing together supporters old and new for a brilliant evening of comedy. Every ticket purchased helps give a child the chance to step away from worry, make happy memories and experience the carefree moments that every childhood should include.
