Christies Care, a proudly Suffolk-based, family-run care provider, is delighted to announce its inclusion in the Financial Times’ inaugural UK’s Best Employers 2025 report. Ranked 95th out of 500 top-performing employers across the country, Christies Care is one of the few local businesses to make the prestigious list.
The rankings, compiled in collaboration with global data firm Statista, are based on feedback from over 20,000 employees across the UK. Participants evaluated their own companies, as well as others in their industry, on aspects such as working conditions, diversity, career development, and company culture.
“To be recognised at a national level by a publication as renowned as the Financial Times is an incredible achievement,” said Charlotte Driver-Young, Operations Director at Christies Care. “As a local employer rooted in our community, it’s particularly meaningful to see our efforts to create a supportive and values-driven workplace being acknowledged alongside major UK brands.”
Christies Care has been delivering award-winning live-in and hourly home care for over 30 years and is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). From its headquarters in Saxmundham, Suffolk, and with services expanding into places like Jersey and Essex, Christies Care continues to set the standard for compassionate, high-quality home care.
“This ranking is not just a win for us as an organisation,” added Charlotte Driver-Young “it’s a win for every carer, team member, and client who is part of our Christies family. It reflects the heart and soul we pour into everything we do.”
