Chicago Flower Wall, an event décor rental company based in Hickory Hills, Illinois, has added LED dance floors to its rental inventory for events across the Chicago metropolitan area. The LED dance floors consist of modular illuminated panels designed for indoor venues, including school gymnasiums, hotel ballrooms, and banquet halls. According to the company, the floors are available for school dances such as proms, homecoming dances, and winter formals, as well as weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events. The company states the dance floor panels are installed for the duration of an event and removed afterward, requiring no permanent changes to the venue. The LED floors join the company’s existing rental offerings, which include flower wall backdrops, photo booths, marquee letters, Chiavari chairs, and portable bars.
“School event organizers have been asking for alternatives to the standard gym setup for homecoming and prom,” said Ryan Thornton, owner of Chicago Flower Wall. “Adding the LED floors gives schools and wedding clients another option for the dance portion of the evening.”
Chicago Flower Wall reports it is scheduling LED dance floor rentals for the upcoming school dance season in addition to wedding and corporate event dates. The company provides delivery, setup, and teardown of the dance floors as part of its rental service.
Founded in the Chicago suburbs, Chicago Flower Wall rents event décor to clients throughout Chicagoland. The company’s inventory also includes champagne walls, balloon arch backdrops, sweet carts, and wedding arch rentals.
The announcement follows a period of expanded demand for school dance services in the region, as homecoming and prom dates for the current school year are set by districts across Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Will, and Kendall counties. Chicago Flower Wall states its service area covers the full Chicagoland region for delivery and setup.
