Cantium Business Solutions, a specialist provider of IT solutions across the public sector, announces that it has appointed Mark Cobb as Chief Executive Officer.
Cobb joined Cantium in June 2021 and has stepped into the role as CEO from the position as Commercial Director, where he was responsible for leading commercial strategy and identifying new opportunities in emerging markets.
Mark has over 16 years of experience in providing commercial and technical leadership across local government and the private sector. Prior to joining Cantium he worked at IT and business consulting firm CGI as well as delivering technical leadership across Kent County Council and Essex County Council.
In his new role as CEO, Cobb will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company. He will be overseeing the development and implementation of Cantium’s strategy and vision and will work closely with the board to ensure that both short and long-term strategic objectives are met.
