Bowcock and Pursaill announce new addition to team

Family law specialist Caroline Gregg has permanently joined Staffordshire solicitor firm Bowcock and Pursaill.

With more than 20 years of experience in family law and as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives, Caroline has now started her new role as Head of the Family and Matrimonial Department.

Through her career, Caroline has negotiated a range of legal issues from marriage breakdown to divorce, and financial disputes to child matters. As a member of Resolution, Caroline is committed to a particularly high standard Code of Practice and promotes a constructive approach to the family issues.

Prior to the new full-time role as Head of the Family and Matrimonial Department, Caroline had been an acting locum at Bowcock and Pursaill in family law. Caroline has also recently attended a private Financial Divorce Resolution hearing for a successful multimillion pound case, a rare event for solicitors to attend.

She is looking to multiply the already exemplary passion shown by Bowcock and Pursaill’s family team. On this she said: “Supporting my clients means everything to me, going above and beyond my due diligence is imperative to offering the best outcome possible. Whether it is visiting a client’s home or visiting them elsewhere, my experience means that I can resolve issues quickly and with high quality care.”

This appointment is the latest addition to Bowcock and Pursaill’s team and signals a progressive step in the right direction for not just the family department but the whole business.

On the appointment of Caroline Gregg, Bowcock and Pursaill Partner, Catherine Whittles, said: “It is invaluable to bring Caroline’s wealth of experience in family law to our business. We are now looking to take forward our family law capabilities even further.”

The Bowcock and Pursaill team were extremely excited by the positive impressions Caroline has left on her previous companies. We’re now looking forward to having that knowledge and industry-leading knowhow in our team.”

Caroline Gregg is a certified and associate ACILEX member, an industry-recognised accreditation with independent regulation. She specialises in legal advice, resolving disputes, all family law, legal research and drafting legal documentation.
