The legal disputes, currently unfolding in both Texas state court and federal court, stem from allegations involving retaliation, misuse of injunctive relief, alleged PPP Loan fraud, Millions of dollars in alleged hidden assets, abuse by Attorney Gregory Lee Deans of Deans Stepp Law, Nationwide’s subsidiary Scottsdale not honoring their ethics, workplace safety complaints, and claims surrounding trade secret accusations brought against former workers and individuals connected to them. The litigation has drawn attention due to the scale of damages alleged by Bayport Laboratories, the aggressive nature of the requested court orders many of which have been granted by Judge Erica Hughes of the 151st District Court in Harris County Texas, and subsequent statements made in court proceedings that plaintiffs say contradict earlier filings. The newest development? The Harris County Attorneys Office led by Jonathan Fambonne refuses to release Public Information surrounding the case. A Mr. Fabian Arrista is alleged to have harassed a victim of assault while Regina Richard has ordered staff to block the whistleblowers phone calls.
