Leading housebuilder Ashberry Homes is pleased to announce its latest land acquisition and unveil plans for a new residential development off Academy Way in Lostock, Bolton.
With planning permission granted, Ashberry Homes will transform the 3.78 acre site into a stunning residential development comprising 59 high quality new build homes.
The new development will be known as The Academy, paying homage to the former use of the site, which was once part of Bolton Wanderers training ground.
Ashberry Homes will deliver a superb selection of three and four bedroom homes, incorporating a range of semi-detached and detached homes. There will also be nine two bedroom affordable homes available.
Work will start on site next month, with a beautiful showhome scheduled to open early 2024.
