Leading corporate finance advisory firm Archer Fleming has announced the launch of its new Edinburgh office, alongside the creation of Kinetic Business Brokers, a dedicated brand serving owner-managed SME businesses across Scotland and the wider UK.
To lead this strategic expansion, Archer Fleming has brought in Liam Bain, a respected business broker with experience working for a large, UK based business agency in buying and selling businesses across multiple sectors.

Bain’s expertise is rooted in personnel management and strategic business operations. For the past four years, he worked at one of the UK’s largest business agencies, where he played a key role in numerous transactions requiring sharp negotiation skills, rigorous financial analysis, and seamless coordination between buyers and sellers to deliver successful outcomes, with a reputation for delivering results and building long-term client relationships.
