Bristol December 2025

Bristol-born brand Amschela® has relaunched as a made-to-order fashion house, introducing a new three-part collection structure –
Classic Monogram Black Label, Evolve and Essentials – and confirming plans for a future vegan Signature line.

Founded by former legal professional Keri Andriana, Amschela has spent the past year reshaping its pricing, production and product architecture around one idea: attainable luxury produced with intent, not excess.

“This relaunch is about slowing fashion down without shutting anyone out, ” says founder and creative director Keri Andriana.

“If we make a piece now, it’s because someone genuinely wants it. You’re commissioning something made for you, not buying the leftovers of an overproduction run.”

Classic Monogram Black Label

At the top of the new structure sits Classic Monogram Black Label, a line of handcrafted Nappa leather bags and travel pieces featuring Amschela’s house monogram in Noir Mono, House Letter and House Stripe. The range includes structured mini totes, city shoppers, duffle bags and cabin trunks, all made to order in small batches with faux-suede linings and metal
hardware.

Black Label is positioned as “house-level” leather with intentionally attainable pricing.

Evolve & Essentials

Beneath Black Label, Evolve is Amschela’s statement ready-to-wear line, built around print stories such as Ripped Note, Skull of Amschela, Abstract Mode and Besties Forever. The collection spans oversized sweats, varsity jackets, denim sets, tees, cargos and skirts – all printed and sewn to order via tightly selected partners to avoid deadstock.

Essentials completes the pyramid as the brand’s everyday line: high-neck hoodies, joggers, mock- neck sweatshirts, easy dresses and skirts in soft-touch fabrics. Essentials is priced below

Evolve and Classic Monogram to keep the brand firmly in the attainable luxury space.

Together, the three collections form a complete wardrobe under one house: Black Label leather, statement Evolve pieces and relaxed Essentials layers.

Leather Now, Vegan Signature Next

Originally known for its fully vegan offering, Amschela now operates a more nuanced material strategy. Classic Monogram Black Label uses premium Nappa leather, while Evolve and Essentials retain vegan and animal-free options, and a new vegan Signature line is in development for future seasons. Every product clearly states whether it is leather or vegan, giving customers transparent choice rather than a single-material ideology.

Made to Order, With Purpose

Across all collections, Amschela’s made-to-order model is designed to reduce overproduction and unsold stock, and to support the brand’s ongoing social mobility mission, which has already created numerous opportunities for interns and emerging
creatives in Bristol and beyond.

Notes to editors

Amschela is an UK affordable-luxury accessories brand originating from Bristol. We design timeless handbags with a playful edge—pieces that reflect the individuality of the modern, contemporary woman moving seamlessly from day to night. Sustainability and personality are at the heart of our vision.

We prioritise high-quality, environmentally responsible, certified materials that are kind to the planet and not harmful to animals, and carry a small leather collection whilst we continually work to reduce our carbon footprint. Social responsibility is embedded in our roadmap: by 2030 we aim for 100% traceability of all materials used in our products.

Our collections offer interchangeable, seasonal pieces that integrate into a capsule wardrobe. Clean, elegant lines meet modern texturing and a bold yet wearable colour palette—classic silhouettes designed to last for years.

Founded by Keri Andriana, Amschela exists to help reshape fashion into a more inclusive space—proving that luxury can be accessible without compromising on design or values. Drawing on a legal background, Keri champions non-traditional pathways into fashion and celebrates the “Britishness” of the brand through home-grown talent and craft.

The Amschela community spans the UK with a growing international following across the USA, Europe and Australia. We’ve been featured in leading titles including British Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair, Tatler, British GQ, Sky, ITV and Google, and recognised with awards such as SW Luxury Accessories Retailer (Bristol Life Awards) and Business of the Year (MTM Awards).

Why We Evolved

We began as a handbag house. Our community styled those bags with their everyday uniforms—tees, hoodies, tailored layers—and kept asking us for the rest of the look. At the same time, our values matured: fewer, better pieces; seasonless design; materials that last. Evolving into a lifestyle brand lets us honour that promise from head to toe. Founded by former legal professional Keri Andriana, Amschela has spent the past year reshaping its pricing, production and product architecture around one idea: attainable luxury produced with intent, not excess. “This relaunch is about slowing fashion down without shutting anyone out,” says founder and creative director Keri Andriana. “If we make a piece now, it’s because someone genuinely wants it. You’re commissioning something made for you, not buying the leftovers of an overproduction run.
