Altimetrik, an AI-first data and digital-engineering company, announced the appointment of Dhirendra Nath as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Altimetrik. He will report to Raj Sundaresan, Chief Executive Officer, Altimetrik and will lead the global people strategy for the integrated organisation.

The appointment follows the recent integration of Altimetrik and SLK and marks a significant step in strengthening Altimetrik’s leadership structure as it enters its next phase of accelerated growth. Dhirendra’s mandate will focus on fostering a unified “one company” culture, ensuring leadership continuity, institutionalising people practices and advancing Altimetrik’s people-first agenda in alignment with its AI-led digital business ambitions.

Dhirendra brings over 25 years of cross-industry HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail and diversified enterprises. Most recently, he served as President & Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he played a central role in leading organisational professionalisation and a private equity-led transition culminating in successful integration. His career includes leadership roles at Wipro, where he helped build digital and advanced technology practices and supported business expansion into new markets, as well as working closely with boards and senior leadership teams during periods of transformation.

“Dhirendra’s experience in leading organisations through complex integration, professionalisation, and growth journeys makes him uniquely suited for this role,” said Raj Sundaresan, CEO, Altimetrik. “As we accelerate into the agentic era, building leadership depth and a people foundation that’s ready for AI-led growth is not just critical – it’s foundational.” He will help us create a unified culture that blends agility with institutional strength, ensuring our growth is sustainable and opportunity-led for our people.”

As CHRO, Dhirendra will shape a unified people strategy designed to support scale, speed and sustainability. A key priority will be bringing together Altimetrik’s entrepreneurial, AI-first mindset with SLK’s institutional maturity and governance strength by ensuring the best of both worlds. He will drive selective harmonisation of people practices ensuring fairness, compliance and consistency, while preserving the strengths that define each legacy organisation.

“Integration creates opportunity when it is anchored in clarity, fairness, and shared purpose,” said Dhirendra Nath, Chief Human Resources Officer, Altimetrik. “My focus is on building an organisation that grows without losing its soul, where professional systems enable entrepreneurship, leadership continuity strengthens resilience, and people strategy directly powers business ambition. Change must be led with transparency and empathy, especially during moments of transformation.”

In the immediate term, he will focus on defining a clear cultural North Star grounded in performance, inclusion, and customer impact. The integration will be led as a deliberate change journey, anchored in transparent communication, structured listening, and leadership alignment. Strengthening leadership pipelines, succession depth and organisational resilience will remain central as the company expands into new markets and scales its go-to-market capabilities.

Dhirendra will also accelerate the digitisation of HR processes, embedding data-led decision-making and tech-enabled self-service models to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Strengthening internal mobility, enabling leadership readiness for digital businesses, and aligning people strategy tightly with business outcomes will be key levers in supporting revenue acceleration and geographic expansion.
