A trio of talented individuals has been appointed by award-winning Alcedo Care Group to strengthen its marketing team.
Francesca Wellman, Maria Dobreva and Jordan Panayi join the team as digital marketing manager, digital marketing assistant and graphic designer respectively.
Francesca was initially attracted to the ethos and family values of the company. She was also pleased to see that marketing was valued and invested in and was confident her knowledge and experience would enhance all activity.
With some exciting campaigns in the pipeline, Francesca’s key responsibility is to improve brand awareness, positioning Alcedo as a provider of great quality care and employer of choice for those wanting a career in care. From the website and social media channels to PPC activity, Francesca oversees all active marketing campaigns, as well as working closely with the recruitment teams.
Supporting Francesca is Maria, who is tasked with looking after the organic digital and social media content, focusing on the portfolio of services the company provides. From writing blogs and updating the website to undertaking competitor research and liaising with the teams in each of the 14 branches regarding marketing, Maria’s role is varied.
Completing the marketing team is Jordan, who joins as a graphic designer. He is responsible for designing brochures and flyers, creating presentations, animation, editing social media content and capturing video footage for campaigns. Jordan aims to apply his specialised skills in design and production to increase the quality and scale of everything the marketing team produces moving forward.
Francesca comments: “Working for Alcedo Care has been great so far – the environment is friendly and supportive. With Maria and Jordan supporting me, together we can implement effective marketing campaigns that have been carefully considered to address key messages and highlight Alcedo’s core service offering.”
Maria says: “It’s such an exciting time at Alcedo with lots of growth planned. I hope to develop more skills and am looking forward to seeing the outcomes of our marketing campaigns later this year.”
Jordan adds: “The Alcedo culture is open and honest; they know what they do best and they continually strive to improve, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of care, which resonated with me. In time I will learn more about the clients and their conditions so I can produce material that appeals to those in need of our services.”
Francesca started working in marketing as an apprentice after completing her A-Levels and has experience in a variety of industries. From St Helens, she loves cooking and is currently on a bit of fitness journey. She also enjoys traveling and from time to time, performs with a local musical theatre society.
Maria, who lives in Liverpool, has worked in marketing since she graduated from university in Denmark (International Sales & Marketing Management) and has vast industry experience in both Denmark and the UK. In her spare time she loves exploring the UK and travelling around the world, as well as spending time with her partner.
Jordan, who recently moved to Croxteth, has also worked in graphic design for a number of years. He is incredibly musical and plays the guitar, bass and ukulele, and sings.
