Luxury medical aesthetics clinic Rejuv has celebrated the grand opening of its first clinic.
The clinic, which is based on Old Elvet in Durham, has acquired the former office building, to create an on-trend, modern, comfortable space for its 900 plus clients to enjoy.
Before securing the premises Dr Lucy Turnbull reached out to North East finance brokerage Trusted Business Partner (TBP) to source a commercial mortgage and utilise the team’s 50 years of experience combined in managing finance across different sectors.
Dr Lucy Turnbull, specialist dentist, facial aesthetics practitioner and owner of the clinic, said: “It’s been the ultimate dream to open our own premises and over the last six years, I’ve been working to build up our client list so that we could take everything to the next level.

He took all the correct steps to make sure the building was safe and viable, secured the right commercial mortgage deal for us and has been invaluable during the full process.”
Rejuv will continue to offer its popular treatments including dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle procedures, and is looking to expand its service offering further by hiring a new member staff.
Lucy added: “With such a buzz around the new clinic, now is the right time to bring in a new team member who can introduce even more in-demand treatments for our clients. We can’t wait to see what the next few months will bring.”

Most recently, the successful firm has broken their previous lending records and is on target to grow again this year while actively recruiting a number of new roles and finishing off a new website.
