The ACE Mentor Program of Greater San Antonio is hosting its annual Construction Site Day this Friday, February 6, 2026, giving 140 students from nine San Antonio-area high schools an exciting, hands-on introduction to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

Hosted by RDO Equipment Co. – John Deere, this dynamic, one-of-a-kind event is designed to ignite students’ passion for the trades through real-life, interactive experiences alongside industry professionals. Students will rotate through hands-on trade stations, try out 20 different pieces of heavy equipment, and learn directly from skilled craftspeople who help build our communities.
