HiQ Tyres & Autocare invests in expanding Belvedere facility, strengthening services and improving convenience for local drivers
Drivers in South East London can now benefit from faster, more convenient access to tyre fitting and vehicle maintenance services following the expansion of HiQ Tyres & Autocare Belvedere. The investment creates new employment opportunities and has improved the garage’s capacity to service both individual and business customers’ vehicles.
The expansion has seen the business acquire a second unit opposite its existing premises, creating space for new vehicle ramps, upgraded equipment and a modern customer reception. This allows the site to offer local drivers a strengthened range of services, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, servicing and diagnostics, all in a single location.
“This expansion gives us the flexibility to grow the business in a way that genuinely benefits customers,” explained Adam Davies, Finance and Commercial Manager, HiQ Tyres & Autocare Belvedere. “We want drivers in Belvedere and the surrounding areas to know they can rely on us for convenient and reliable service, and we’re extremely pleased to now have the space and equipment to do so.”
HiQ Tyres & Autocare Belvedere has long served business and fleet customers across London and the South East, but the upgraded facilities mean local drivers can now take full advantage of the garage’s expertise. The company’s fleet of 12 dedicated mobile servicing vans continue to also operate in and around London, providing mobile support to customers seven days a week.
The Belvedere site currently employs three core staff, and has plans to recruit new team members in the coming months to support the expanded services and meet growing customer demand.
“We’ve always been a bit of a well-kept secret in the Bexley borough,” adds Davies. “Now, with the expanded facilities and increased services, more local drivers can experience the professional, friendly service our team provides. We have plans to recruit extra team members, which will help us deliver faster turnaround times too.”
HiQ Tyres & Autocare Belvedere is conveniently located near Belvedere railway station, with easy road links via the A2016 and A206 to Woolwich, Bexleyheath, Dartford and central London.
The autocentre operates as a HiQ Tyres & Autocare franchise but is independently owned and operated by local business group Network Tyre & Auto Limited, which also runs sites in Maidstone, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Horley. The Belvedere centre, opened in 2011, is the longest-running of the group’s five franchises.
