Embodying the business’ “More than Work” ethos, the parent company’s brands – Gi Group UK, Marks Sattin, INTOO, Tack TMI and Grafton – went full steam ahead with community and charity fundraising throughout 2025.

We’re delighted to see so many of our team putting themselves out there, all in the name of charity. Alongside our community support, we’re also active within our local environment – striving to provide a positive impact. We’re believers that our Gi Group community is more than work, determined to create a well-rounded work life experience for all employees. That’s why our teams planted nearly 2,500 trees throughout 2025 and focused on litter picking, and clothes donations, as part of second-hand September, while also sharing energy saving advice and recycling top tips for our team.

“In total, we dedicated 714 hours throughout the year to environmental initiatives. Alongside this, we also utilised our position as a leading HR and recruitment provider to invest 136 hours in offering employment support to those looking for work across our communities. From school job fairs to work experience and interviewing support, our teams have toured local sixth forms to offer a guiding hand to those struggling with the next step.”

These efforts have also generated £10,000 in social value for our business.”

Standout initiatives from the year include the annual charity golf day which raised £2,195 and the tree planting campaign spearheaded by INTOO UK & Ireland and Marks Sattin.
