Bellway Homes says that the East Riding has cemented its position as the North of England’s hottest property spot – with sales soaring across its six developments in the region; in particular in Kirk Ella where 14 homes have sold in the last few weeks alone; making it its fastest selling development in all of Yorkshire.

Parsons Croft, which is being built on Great Gutter Lane in the much sought after West Hull village, is the latest in a long line of successful developments in the East Riding for Bellway, which currently includes developments in Beverley, Brough and Snaith.

Melanie Smith, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales director said: “We’ve enjoyed a lot of success in the East Riding over the years – from large-scale developments in Hull through to small, exclusive sites in semi-rural locations – and it’s easy to see why.”

“The East Riding is a magnet for buyers who want more space, great schools, a fantastic quality of life and competitively priced homes, and Parsons Croft captures all of that and more. It’s beautifully designed and really well connected, which is exactly what today’s homeowners are looking for.”

Featuring two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, prices on the Parsons Croft currently range from £209,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Joiner, to £534,995 for a five-bedroom detached Watchmaker.

Bellway’s other current developments in the region include:

  • Bishops Gate in Beverley, which features two, three and four bedroom homes with prices ranging from £229,995 to £479,995.
  • Trident Way in Brough, which features two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices ranging from £274,995 to £394,995.
  • Palmers Grange in Brough, which features three and four bedroom homes, with prices ranging from £264,995 to £394,995.
  • And Penny Way in Snaith, which features two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices range from £209,995 to £409,995.

One thing all of Bellway’s homes in the East Riding have in common is that they are all built with today’s buyers in mind; offering modern layouts, high-quality finishes and flexible living spaces that suit contemporary lifestyles. All newly built Bellway homes also include an array of energy-saving features, such as solar PV panels, EV car chargers, Smart Thermostats and increased insulation – all of which help cut the costs of running a home.

Melanie added: “The East Riding has firmly established itself as one of the most desirable places to live in the North. That’s reflected in the level of demand we’re seeing across all of our developments in the region and that fact that more and more buyers are choosing to put down roots here.”

“My advice to anyone considering a move is to act quickly. With sales moving at fast pace, buyers risk missing out on the current crop of Bellway homes available across the East Riding.”
