Dalcour Maclaren, a leading specialist in land planning and consenting for utilities and infrastructure projects, has achieved 40% growth over the past year, driven by rising demand for infrastructure delivery expertise across the UK.
The company, which supports clients through all stages of complex infrastructure and utilities projects, now employs 650 people across 19 offices. Its recent expansion into a larger office in Leeds city centre reflects growing activity in the North of England, where Dalcour Maclaren works with clients including Yorkshire Water, SSE, Equinor and BP H₂ Teesside.

The firm provides a full range of services to help clients secure consents and deliver projects efficiently, including land and property, environment and planning, geomatics, surveying, and its newest service, stakeholder engagement, launched last month.
Dalcour Maclaren has major roles on some of the largest utilities and infrastructure projects in the UK, including Gatwick Northern Runway, HS2, Dogger Bank and Hornsea 1.
