Leicester-based entrepreneur and marketing consultant Estelle Keeber has been named a finalist in the national Biz Women Awards 2025, recognised in the Leader in Marketing category.
The Biz Women Awards celebrate female entrepreneurs, business leaders and innovators from across the United Kingdom. This year’s competition has been described by organisers as one of the most competitive to date, with nominations received from a wide range of industries and sectors.
Estelle’s shortlisting acknowledges her contribution to the marketing and small business community, as well as her growing work in education and youth development through her newly established community interest company.
Over the past seven years, Estelle has built a career supporting small businesses to grow their visibility and customer reach through social media and strategic communication. After founding the Leicester-based consultancy Immortal Monkey, she has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, helping them create practical marketing strategies and achieve national media coverage. Her approach combines social media, PR and storytelling to help businesses reach new audiences without large marketing budgets.
Speaking about the nomination, Estelle said:
“I am genuinely honoured to be recognised in the Leader in Marketing category. Marketing has always been about connection for me. It is not just about selling, it is about sharing stories that make people stop, think and take action. Supporting small businesses to be seen and celebrated is something I care deeply about.”
Earlier this year, Estelle launched Limitless Next Gen CIC, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to raise aspirations among young people across Leicestershire. The CIC delivers free workshops, talks and digital skills sessions in schools, colleges and alternative provisions. These sessions focus on building confidence, resilience and awareness of career opportunities in creative and digital industries.
“Through Limitless Next Gen we want to help young people see what is possible,” Estelle said. “Many of the students we meet have never been told that creativity or entrepreneurship could be a career path. My goal is to help them develop confidence and life skills that open doors to new opportunities.”
Estelle’s career in marketing began in 2017 when she co-founded one of the fastest-growing women’s networks in the world, supporting thousands of female entrepreneurs online. After stepping away to establish her own consultancy, she continued to develop her expertise in social media strategy, brand visibility and media communication.
Her insights have been featured by national outlets including BBC Breakfast, The Daily Mail and Sky News, where she has provided expert commentary on branding and digital marketing trends.
“Being named a finalist among so many talented women is a privilege,” Estelle added. “I see this recognition as encouragement to keep growing the work we are doing in Leicester and to continue creating opportunities for others, whether that is in business or education.”
The Biz Women Awards 2025 will announce winners later this year at a national ceremony bringing together businesswomen from across the UK. The awards recognise leadership, innovation and positive impact within local and national communities.
Estelle continues to balance her consultancy work with her community commitments, and she plans to expand the Limitless Next Gen programme across the East Midlands in 2026.
