Zinc Group achieves Platinum status from EcoVadis, placing among the top 1% of companies globally for sustainability performance.
Stratford-upon-Avon, UK – 13/10/25 The Zinc Group, a leading UK-based provider of credit management and customer contact solutions, has been awarded a Platinum Medal by EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. This achievement recognises Zinc’s exceptional performance across environmental, ethical, and social responsibility criteria — placing the company in the top 1% of more than 100,000 organisations assessed worldwide.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates organisations across four key areas:
- Environment – including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and environmental management systems.
- Labour & Human Rights – promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
- Ethics – upholding integrity, compliance, and transparency across operations.
- Sustainable Procurement – ensuring supply chain partners meet robust ethical and sustainability standards.
