By creating an account, you are agreeing to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of News By Wire and you have read and understand our guidelines and FAQs.

Our service is aimed at PR professionals, PR agencies and in-house communications teams looking to gain extended reach for well-crafted press releases.

Creating an account allows us to better understand usage, improve reliability, and roll out enhanced features over time, including greater control over where your press releases are sent, enhanced publication features and more.

With an account, you can upload press releases that are reviewed, published, and distributed to a targeted list of potentially thousands of journalists and media outlets across the UK, USA, Europe, Gulf States, Asia, Australasia, Canada, Africa, South America and beyond. Your news is also published on our site and shared via RSS feeds and social channels to help extend reach.

To avoid disappointment:

We love to share genuine, media-ready news with a clear and timely news hook, such as a launch, funding, milestone, appointment, event, or research. Start with the basics – who, what, where, when, why, how – and keep it simple and factual. Aim for a minimum of 500+ words with a clear headline, no hype, no emoji , no embedded images, or gimmicks.

We aim to distribute real news stories to journalists and news desks that we think will be most interested in your content. If we don’t find a good match in our database – for example, if the topic or location of your news story isn’t well-suited to our journalist network – we won’t be able to proceed with distribution.

What we don’t publish & share:

To maintain high-quality standards, we won’t publish news related to crypto, tobacco, vaping, gambling, gaming, adult content, or firearms. Additionally, we reject stories about unregulated investments and questionable health claims or supplements.

We also avoid covering legal disputes, political campaignswebsite redesigns, relaunches, or membership renewal announcements. For privacy protection, we like to avoid publishing the names of anyone under 18. Finally, we reject content that is self-promotional, created solely for SEO purposes, or focused on self-published books.
