Kingswood employees are fed up with the bullying and harassment they face at work. In support of Anti-Bullying Week, the GMB Union will hold a demonstration outside of Kingwood Academy.

GMB has been engaged in discussions with Lift Schools’ HR about the alarming levels of intimidation and harassment at Kingswood Academy.
GMB Organiser, Liz Marshall, said:
“Despite presenting evidence and raising serious concerns, we were informed that after a five-month investigation, there was “no case to answer.”
This is unacceptable.
The impact of bullying on our members’ health, wellbeing, and safety cannot be ignored.
We urge the Trust to take immediate action to create a safe working environment where staff can focus on supporting their pupils.
