Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has added further to its growing Residential Property team with the appointment of a new paralegal.
Elizabeth Simpson has joined the firm from Parkinson Wright where she spent just over two years. Aside from supporting the team and its clients, she will also work through her exams to qualify as residential property solicitor in January 2027.
Working closely with partner and head of department, Javed Ahmed, Elizabeth will be based at the firm’s Kidderminster office.
Javed Ahmed, partner and head of the Residential Property department at mfg Solicitors, said: “We’re in a significant period of growth with more and more people coming to us to handle a host of residential property transactions.
“To support that growth we need the best people. Elizabeth is without doubt a huge talent and has already made an impact in her short time with us, with clients also speaking extremely highly of her. We look forward to supporting her through her final qualifications.”
Elizabeth Simpson added: “It’s a wonderful opportunity for me to join Javed and the team. I wanted to broaden my residential property experience but equally ensure I was working towards my final qualifications.
“Being at mfg Solicitors gives me that opportunity and being part of a firm which has a tremendous reputation across the region, not only for its advice, but for being a great employer too.”
The Residential Property team at mfg Solicitors offer expertise across all types of transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements.
