National chartered surveyors Bruton Knowles has appointed Jimmy James as Associate in its National Valuation Team, supporting its valuation work across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and the wider Midlands region. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in valuation advice across a broad range of property assets.

He joins from Kirkby Diamond, where he provided valuation advice for loan security purposes across commercial, industrial and residential property. Prior to this, he worked at Aitchison Raffety as a Commercial Valuation Surveyor, advising clients on a range of property matters.

Jimmy holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management and is a qualified MRICS surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. In his new role, he will provide valuation advice across commercial, industrial and residential property, including development sites, with a particular focus on loan security valuation work for high street lenders.

The appointment forms part of Bruton Knowles’ continued investment in its national valuation capability, as demand for specialist, technically robust valuation advice remains strong across the UK market.
