The lineup headlines the Sunrise Smash, a first-of-its-kind smashed burger bagel sandwich, alongside a Strawberry Cream Cheese made with real strawberries, a new pressed juice line at Northeast locations, and a secret menu item that customers can only unlock by following Spread Bagelry on social media.
Sunrise Smash
The centerpiece of the summer menu is the Sunrise Smash: a smashed burger patty, folded egg, and cheddar cheese, with a crispy hashbrown and chipotle mayo, served on a fresh bagel. Spread Bagelry believes it’s the first bagel shop in the area to put a smashed burger on its menu, giving customers a breakfast-meets-burger sandwich they can’t get anywhere else.
Strawberry Cream Cheese
Rolling out a new Strawberry Cream Cheese made with real strawberries, joining the shop’s rotating lineup of house-made spreads.
Pressed Juices — Northeast Locations
A new line of pressed juices debuts exclusively at Spread Bagelry’s Northeast locations (Pennsylvania and New Jersey), giving guests a cold, refreshing option to pair with their order this summer.
