Sterling, the modern SaaS platform for construction cost and carbon estimating, forecasting, takeoff, package management and lifecycle management, today announced the launch of its new Sterling MCP Service, a secure AI integration framework designed to connect construction commercial workflows with leading artificial intelligence platforms and enterprise automation environments.
The Sterling MCP Service enables organisations to securely integrate Sterling with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and internal AI assistants, allowing approved estimating, forecasting and commercial data to be used within intelligent workflows whilst maintaining strict governance, security and ownership controls.
