INDIANAPOLIS, IN - March 31, 2026

The UpHer Room Inc. , a 501(c)3 non-profit platform, has launched Women Who Want More, a national workshop series designed to equip women with practical tools to build additional streams of income in response to growing economic pressure.

Across the country, rising costs of living, shifting workforce dynamics, and increasing financial demands are driving more women to seek additional sources of income. However, many still lack access to clear, structured pathways to turn existing skills, ideas, or interests into sustainable revenue.

Women Who Want More addresses this gap by providing accessible, action-oriented education focused on income-building strategies that can be implemented in real time. The initiative brings together women who have built working revenue models across industries to share practical frameworks grounded in lived experience.

The series will be held virtually on the second Thursday of each month from April through October 2026, making it accessible to participants nationwide. All sessions are offered free of charge to remove financial barriers and expand access.

Each session focuses on key areas of income generation, including entrepreneurship, investing, business acquisition, sales strategy, and digital business models. The goal of the initiative is to support at least 100 women in developing sustainable income pathways by the end of 2026.

“This initiative is focused on access and execution,” said Dr. Benedicta Ajah, Founder and CEO of The UpHer Room. “Many women are already doing the work and carrying the vision, but lack the structure and support to turn it into income. This series is designed to close that gap in a practical way.”

By prioritizing accessibility, practical application, and real-world insight, Women Who Want More positions itself as a timely response to a broader economic shift—where income diversification is no longer optional, but necessary.
