Green Culture Labs Co., Ltd. (“GCL”), a Thailand based kratom alkaloid manufacturing company, has engaged InvestorDeck to support a USD $3.7 million capital raise to fund the build out of its GMP aligned production platform for regulated international markets.
The capital will fund facility construction, GMP certification, analytical capability, and completion of key regulatory and operational milestones required to establish GCL as a compliant, export ready supplier of kratom derived alkaloid ingredients to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and research markets.
Kratom has evolved into a globally significant botanical category with established demand, yet the upstream supply chain remains structurally underdeveloped. Independent market estimates place the broader kratom market in the multi billion dollar range, with forecasts indicating continued expansion as demand for plant derived functional ingredients and alternative therapeutic inputs increases.
Despite this growth, supply remains fragmented. Much of the market continues to rely on inconsistent biomass, variable processing standards, and limited documentation. For institutional buyers, this creates persistent challenges around batch consistency, contamination risk, and regulatory exposure.
As the market matures, procurement is shifting toward manufacturers capable of delivering specification driven production, validated processes, and fully traceable supply chains.
Thailand has emerged as a key jurisdiction in this transition. Following the legalisation of kratom in 2021, the country now provides a regulated pathway from cultivation through to processing, subject to appropriate approvals.
This enables the development of compliant, export oriented manufacturing infrastructure at origin, rather than reliance on informal or fragmented supply networks.
Green Culture Labs is positioning itself at this infrastructure layer. The company is focused on alkaloid extraction, purification, quality control, and documentation, targeting institutional buyers requiring consistent, audit ready inputs for downstream use in research, formulation, and regulated markets.
The offering is structured as a USD $3.7 million capital raise priced at USD $0.20 per share and allocated across a limited number of strategic investment parcels. Proceeds will be directed toward manufacturing infrastructure, GMP readiness, and certification led market entry.
InvestorDeck has been engaged to support investor positioning and facilitate introductions to selected global investors, including family offices and sector focused funds aligned with regulated plant based inputs and specialty manufacturing.
“This raise is focused on execution and timing,” said Truong Nguyen, Founder of Green Culture Labs.
“The kratom market is growing, but the real opportunity sits upstream. Buyers increasingly require compliant, reliable supply, and Thailand provides a credible framework to build that properly. Our objective is to establish Green Culture Labs as a long term manufacturing platform for regulated markets.”
Gary Mackenzie, Strategic Advisor at InvestorDeck, added:
“Kratom is transitioning toward a more institutional supply environment. In that shift, manufacturing capability, compliance, and documentation will determine who is able to supply at scale. Green Culture Labs is building in that direction from day one.”
The capital raise is now underway.
