KS-Agents today introduced 360 Unlimited, a 360-degree feedback product engineered to be genuinely accessible to organizations the incumbent vendors have long considered too small to bother with. The Starter plan carries no charge, no time limit, and no credit-card requirement for teams of up to ten people. The Unlimited plan, priced at €49 per month, removes the seat cap entirely and is intended for organizations of any size.
The pricing approach is a deliberate departure from the per-user-per-month model that dominates the category. Mainstream platforms such as Lattice, Culture Amp, and Leapsome typically range from €5 to €19 per user per month, attached to annual contract minimums in the $4,000–$6,000 range. For a 30-person company that wants to run a single development cycle, those economics rarely work. The fallback — repurposing Google Forms or Typeform — strips out the multi-rater logic, the aggregation thresholds, and the qualitative analysis that make 360° feedback meaningful in the first place.
What the Starter tier actually includes
The free tier is intended to function as a complete product, not a trial:
– Multi-rater cycles covering self, peer, direct-report, and manager perspectives
– AI-driven thematic synthesis of open-ended responses (no verbatim quote exposure)
– Conversational AI follow-up powered by the company’s in-house Torch engine
– 5,000 monthly AI credits
– Architectural anonymity: aggregation thresholds (minimum three raters per category) enforced inside the database schema
– Built-in participant CRM and CSV bulk upload
– Localized interface in English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish
– EU-resident hosting, GDPR-aligned data handling
– No paywalled features, no setup fee, no expiry
The Unlimited tier extends the credit allowance to 50,000 per month, removes user limits, and adds priority support, advanced configuration, and multilingual report translation. By comparison, equivalent functionality at 100 users on competing platforms typically costs €800–€1,900 per month.
Anonymity by architecture, not by promise
KS-Agents draws an explicit distinction between *procedural* anonymity (a vendor commitment) and *architectural* anonymity (a system constraint). In small teams, response patterns can re-identify individual raters even when no name is shown. To address this, 360 Unlimited will not generate a report at all unless three or more raters have submitted to a category, and qualitative answers are surfaced only after thematic clustering — never as raw quotes.
“In organizations with fewer than fifty employees, trust is the binding constraint on every feedback program,” said Luca Ricatti, founder of KS-Agents. “If respondents suspect that what they wrote can be traced back to them, the answers shift toward what is safe rather than what is true. Anonymity has to be wired into the data model from day one. It is not a setting you can flip on later.”
EU AI Act readiness
With the August 2, 2026 enforcement date for high-risk AI system requirements approaching, 360 Unlimited ships with documented lawful basis, data minimization, encryption at rest and in transit, EU data residency, and DPO documentation available on request — including for the free Starter tier.
