With warmer days just around the corner, Mancunians both two-legged and four-legged can now enjoy the ‘paw-esome’ delights of Hard Rock Cafe Manchester on its outdoor ‘Pet Patio’.
To coincide with this month’s National Pet Day (April 11th), Hard Rock Cafe Manchester has teamed up with Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home, a charity aiming to rehome Manchester’s unloved and unwanted dogs.
When any dog owner purchases one main course*, their canine companion will be treated to a wag-tastic meal including a ‘Puppy Patty’ (a delicious burger patty) and a ‘Doggie Dessert’ (a dollop of whipped cream) as well as a ‘Canine Cocktail’ (a fresh bowl of water) free of charge. For every dog who visits the Pet Patio this year, the Printworks restaurant will donate £1 to the Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Home; customers are also encouraged to make a donation when they feast with their furry friend.
Charlotte Anthon from Manchester & Cheshire Dogs’ Home, said, “It’s great to see Hard Rock Cafe Manchester embracing a pet-friendly policy – there are too few places in the city centre where you can take your dog if you need a meal or drink.
“The Pet Patio is a real win-win – delicious meals, happy pups, and a brighter future for dogs in our community.”
