Specialist property agency makes Brindleyplace move

Specialist brand and marketing studio, Cab Property, has moved into its new home at 10 Brindleyplace, as it expands its team and reach, following a series of exciting project wins.

One of the first tenants to take residence after completion of the £40m back to frame refurbishment of 10 Brindleyplace, Cab Property was responsible for the building’s marketing and branding, working closely with the owner, CBRE Investment Management.

Cab Property’s new Birmingham base is within Spacemade’s coworking and flexible office offering,  10X – allowing the business room to grow as it expands its national portfolio. It will use the new Birmingham base to host clients from up and down the country, dividing its time between Brindleyplace and the main Cab Studios HQ in Alcester, Warwickshire.

Established in 2003, Cab Property has worked with a myriad of major commercial agent brands and landlords to deliver landmark commercial office space, retail and industrial schemes nationwide.

Notable recent projects include The Bulb Southampton – the reimagination of a signature office development and home to the UK’s largest clean air mural; 10 Brindleyplace – the brand and marketing of the largest retrofit office development in the Midlands to arrive in 2023; BOURN – the impressive transformation of Sherbourne House in Coventry into self-contained office space of the highest quality, with sustainability at its core; 25 Moorgate – the rebrand and refurbishment of the entire building to provide best-in-class, Grade A office space in the UK’s leading professional and financial services business district in the centre of London.
