Hard Rock Cafe Manchester launches limited time Local Menu

Hard Rock Cafe Manchester has launched a mouthwatering new ‘local menu’ of exclusive dishes, including a ‘Great Northern Burger’ which pays homage to local produce including classic Bury black pudding.

The limited edition menu featured dishes are:

  • The Great Northern Burger – smashed beef patties served with Bury black pudding, topped with Lancashire cheese, ripe tomato, chilli and red onion chutney. Served with fries.
  • Roast Cauliflower Tacos – roasted cauliflower served with smoked spicy slaw, topped with jalapenos, spring onions and Love All Spice. Served with refreshing Pico de Galo.
  • BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich – BBQ jackfruit served on a vegan bun, topped with pickled vegetables and onions. Served with Love All Spice fries.
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding – rich and sweet sticky toffee pudding served hot with butterscotch sauce and vegan vanilla ice cream.
