Sourced Development Group is set to complete the first phase of its £100 million Westminster Park development three months ahead of schedule.
The 56 at Westminster Park is a luxury 56-apartment development over nine floors, with spacious one and two-bedroom apartments already sold out in a record time. The apartments are on course to be available in January 2023, 12 weeks earlier than initially planned.
Sourced Development Group is building a total collection of 614 stunning and contemporary apartments across three buildings at Westminster Park, creating 800 jobs in the local economy with high-specification builds designed to accommodate exclusive city living.
The leading developer also believes Westminster Park will become a ‘gateway’ into Liverpool with a prime location off Scotland Road, minutes away from Lime Street Station and the waterfront and seconds from Cannon Place and other university institutions.
Westminster Park forms a significant part of the developer’s plans to deliver 1,600 homes across the North West over the next three years, including the 310-home Kingsway Square in Liverpool and the 525-apartment Regent Plaza in Manchester.
