Encore Launches Online Resource to Help Ukrainian Refugees Find Work

Leading and expanding Midlands recruitment agency, Encore Personnel, has launched a dedicated section on its website for Ukrainian refugees looking for employment in the UK.

The 200-strong specialist recruiters, headquartered in Leicester and with 10 branches across the UK, has invested in its online resource to support those fleeing the conflict in Ukraine, by signposting a clear and accessible route to finding, applying for and securing suitable roles across a variety of sectors from logistics to manufacturing.

On the new web page, Encore are providing specific online resources to guide and support Ukrainian job seekers in their job hunt. Applicants will be guided through the whole experience with expert advice on CV writing, interview advice and preparation, and personalised support on job application forms. The new web resources have been translated into Ukrainian so that refugees urgently in need of work have one less barrier to overcome in their job hunt.

The business’s growing branch network is perfectly placed in town centres across the region, meaning Ukrainian job seekers can also have face-to-face appointments with Encore’s consultants as they search for the right role.

Operations Director at Encore Louise Bragg said: “We’re committed to supporting the communities that where our customers are located, which means doing our utmost to help those in need of our expertise to find jobs that suit them and their personal circumstances.

“We have expert consultants based at branches in all the major cities across the Midlands and know that through putting the right resources in place, we can make a tangible difference to the job-seeking experience for Ukrainian refugees. That’s why we’ve invested time in creating a space on our website as well as ensuring we have Ukrainian speaking consultants in our teams.

“We’re on hand to advise, guide and support applicants through the process of finding work, from the first words they type in the search bar to wishing them luck on their first day in the job. We hope this new resource will have a positive impact on the search for employment of Ukrainian people looking to put down roots in the UK.”
