Developing and nurturing talent at Clarion

Continuing its focus on developing talent, this autumn Clarion retained seven of its newly qualified solicitors.

Clarion’s trainee programme has an 88% retention rate (in 2023) and the firm also supports young people entering the legal profession through its apprenticeship programme, paralegal development and via external and internal mentoring and coaching initiatives. The firm was Finalist in the National Paralegal Awards 2023.

Martin Grange, partner, and training principal at Clarion, said: “Our well-established and engaging training programme has expanded over the years, and we are proud to once again celebrate so many young people successfully completing their training contracts and qualifying at Clarion. The enthusiasm and knowledge of this year’s cohort is a real boost and it’s always hugely satisfying to see these colleagues developing their skills and realising their ambitions. We wish them every success as they continue their journey with us.”

Amy Parry has joined the commercial dispute resolution team; Melissa Rycroft and Harry Beckett both qualified into the commercial property practice; Jonathan Schneider and Rebecca Walters have both  qualified into corporate; Brandon Bradley moved into family; and Laura Savio became part of the intellectual property team.
