Caremark Expands Support for Franchise Network with Three New Team Members

Caremark, a leading home care provider in the UK, is proud to announce the recruitment of three new team members at its franchise support centre.

Kevin Miles joins the Franchise Support Centre as Recruitment Co-ordinator and will focus solely on recruiting Care Assistants to benefit the entire franchise network.  Naomi Haughton comes in as Quality Manager and will provide regional quality assurance, whilst Ben Pugh joins the team as a Regional Support Manager, aiding franchise owners to develop and grow their businesses.  These new appointments underscore the company’s unwavering commitment to supporting its franchise owners.

“We are delighted to welcome Kevin, Naomi and Ben to the Caremark team. We understand that the success of our franchise owners is directly tied to the success of our support. That’s why supporting them is not just a priority; it’s our passion. We believe in building long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect, and are dedicated to helping our franchise owners achieve their goals and grow their businesses,” said David Glover, Caremark’s Joint CEO.

“We know that investing in a franchise with a high ratio of support managers to franchise owners is reassuring to many prospective investors; they will have a dedicated team ready to support them at every step of the way. In addition, this level of expertise and guidance enables owners to focus on growing their business, understanding that they have the resources and support they need to succeed. This is a key advantage that, in our opinion, sets Caremark apart from other franchisors.”

The addition of these new team members further reinforces Caremark’s dedication to its franchise owners. It follows a recent WorkBuzz1 survey, where the company’s initial induction programme gained an approval rating of 90%, and 88% of franchise owners trust the senior leadership team – a huge 25% above the industry benchmark!

This exceptional performance has led to 98% of franchisees surveyed expressing interest in expanding their business with Caremark and 72% stating they would recommend the franchise to other prospective franchisees.

David concluded:

“With an ageing population and a growing need for quality in-home care, we are seeing our highest levels of demand, so there has never been a better time to join a growing and thriving industry. Investing in a franchise with a company that is committed to supporting its franchise owners, like Caremark, provides a solid foundation for success and allows you to be part of a growing and essential industry.”
