B2BTradeCard Joins The Payments Association

B2BTradeCard has become a member of The Payments Association to ensure best practice across its own advertising, incentive and loyalty solutions services, as well as to help drive and inform conversations across the payments industry at large.

Founded in the UK in 2008, The Payments Association is the largest community in payments, operating in the UK, EU and Asia, to help almost 300 companies enhance their commercial interests, solve societal problems such as financial exclusion and evaluate new opportunities for innovation in payments.

Operating as an independent representative for the payments industry and its interests, it drives collaboration within the payments sector, working closely with industry stakeholders such as the Bank of England, the FCA, HM Treasury, the Payment Systems Regulator, Pay UK, UK Finance and Innovate Finance.

B2BTradeCard CEO Craig Parsons said: “Through its comprehensive programme of activities for members and with guidance from an independent Advisory Board of leading payments CEOs, The Payments Association facilitates the connections that join the industry together and make it stronger.

“As a fast growing company within the dynamic fintech industry, it’s essential that B2BTradeCard stays at the forefront of thinking and standards across the payments industry.

“Becoming a member of The Payments Association helps assure our customers and referrers of our gold standard practices within the payments sector, while also allowing us to play our part in contributing to thinking and innovation across the industry as a whole.”

B2BTradeCard has just celebrated its seventh year of consecutive growth since its launch in 2015 and recently doubled office capacity at its Chorley premises to manage projected further growth, following a 70% revenue increase last year alone.

Parsons continues: “We have ambitious plans for the coming years that involve looking to recruit nine more people over the next financial year. Having just hired one business development manager, a full stack software developer and a junior developer, we also have an immediate opening for a further business development manager to join our growing team.

“We’re incredibly proud of our strong culture and endeavour to be a great place to work, so we’re looking for ambitious people who would like to be part our long-term vision of being the UK’s leading loyalty solutions and advertising services provider.”
