The Workplace Wellbeing Podcast Becomes A Book

The Workplace Wellbeing Podcast Becomes A Book

After fifty episodes over 2 series, during which time the Workplace Wellbeing Podcast has hosted some of the most innovative thinkers and practitioners of wellbeing in the workplace, it is ceasing production. However, there will be two final editions which are compilations of the best snippets of advice from our guests arranged like the chapters of a book, with those chapters covering the key themes of workplace wellbeing.

So we have published, The Workplace wellbeing book, although it’s not a book, it’s a podcast. As we reached the 50th episode we were finding that we were starting to cover the same subjects over again and we also believe that we have now uncovered all of the key themes that will help you become a guru of wellbeing at work. So despite having thoroughly enjoyed recording every episode, we have decided that this contribution of ours to the knowledge base of Workplace Wellbeing is coming to an end and we won’t be making any more episodes.

However, before we hang up our headset we wanted to do something to make the 50 episodes more accessible and usable and pull them together as a single resource. So we have created two final editions which are compilations of the best snippets of advice from our guests arranged like the chapters of a book, with those chapters covering the key themes of workplace wellbeing.

Part 1 is called “Strategy – setting up your organisation for wellbeing” and covers strategic issues that you should consider as part of your wellbeing strategy. The chapters in part one don’t just relate to wellbeing but to running a great organisation as it was a theme time and again on our podcast that a good well run business, charity or government department is both successful and a happy place to work.

Part 2 is called “Tactics – implementing a wellbeing strategy”. It contains chapters which cover the key areas of wellbeing such as mental and financial wellbeing but also lots of tips to support implementing a wellbeing strategy.

Each chapter includes clips from the best conversations on the relevant subject from our guests.

“The Workplace Wellbeing Podcast is supported by The Worktech Group, which owns, ShopWorks, FastPAYE and Solvedby.ai”
