Artificial Intelligence [AI] tech firm, askporter, has recently welcomed a new Senior Customer Engineer to its growing team.
The London-based company – which delivers a highly configurable, AI customer engagement and automation platform to businesses across both public and private sectors – has appointed Clara McKibbin to the position.
Clara started out as a software developer working in cyber security, before becoming a team leader responsible for requirement capture and project management.
In her position, Clara is responsible for helping clients through the initial design and integration phases of the askporter platform, and for relaying clients’ specific requirements back to the technical team so that the required design can be brought to life.
“I have always wanted to work for a startup, and when I found out about askporter, it just seemed like the perfect fit for me,” she said.
“The company’s key products really interested me, and the opportunity to work in the PropTech industry was a massive draw.”
“Most importantly, the role has allowed me to utilise my technical expertise at the same time as retaining my love of engaging with clients, which is exactly what I was looking for.”
