Kocho, the UK-based provider of cyber security, identity, cloud transformation and managed services, has announced the appointment of Jon Blagg as Director of Managed Services. In the newly created role, Blagg will lead the development and growth of Kocho’s managed services team to accelerate service delivery and to enhance customer success capabilities.
Blagg brings 25 years of experience to Kocho, which was formed in April 2022, following the integration of cloud transformation and managed service provider, TiG Intelligence, and cyber-security and identity specialist, ThirdSpace. He joins with a long track record of delivering exceptional levels of service to clients across a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, power & utilities, retail, automotive, and healthcare. He has also managed and led highly successful IT support teams at well-established brands such as Volkswagen Group UK and Whitbread PLC, going beyond break-fix services, to deliver long-lasting business value.
