It may be unlucky for some but this Friday 13th May, Worcestershire’s leading marketing agency Nifty Communications will be celebrating its fourth birthday following exponential growth in the past 12 months.
The full-service agency, which was founded by CEO Christian Collison in 2018, boasts clients across the globe in a range of sectors and industries but has always been based in Worcester. Today, its offices on Bank Street are home to nine full-time team members with another four marketeers joining the company in the coming months.
A former sports media professional, who spent eight years in top-flight football, including managing Champions League-winning media campaigns with Chelsea Football Club before moving into motorsports, Collison wants Nifty Communications to be recognised as the UK’s leading marketing and communications agency by 2025.
Today, Nifty Communications specialises in sports marketing but boasts a wealth of companies with B2B, D2C and B2B2C strategies. Nifty’s exclusive approach to marketing, dubbed the Niftyverse, offers a communications model that can be applied to any service and sector to build audiences and drive leads.
Collison said: ‘I always dreamed of returning to Worcestershire during my time in London and it’s been a real privilege to set up Nifty and work with some fantastic local talent and partners. The last two years have been turbulent for most businesses but we’re delighted to have continued our growth and are now focussed on becoming the UK’s leading marketing agency by 2025. Our unique approach enables us to monetise content for sports organisations on a commission model, which has proved invaluable to clubs dealing with the drastic drop in revenue during Covid, but we also provide lead-generation strategies for B2B and D2C and have been thrilled to work with some of the UK’s largest brands in the past four years both at home and abroad.’
