Horsforth-based Futures, a permanent and interim specialist recruitment business, has awarded a 10-year service award to its Head of Education, Siân Womersley.
Siân Womersley, Head of Education North at Futures, joined the business as a Consultant in 2012. She works with Local Authorities, schools, and academies to deliver consultancy, interim and substantive support. Siân was quickly promoted to manager and has since been consistently praised for her high calibre of work and supportive managerial skills.
She is not only a vital part of the internal team, Siân is also focused on ensuring the best possible service to both clients and candidates, ensuring that the team is chosen for all future requirements.
Being asked about her award, Siân said “It’s amazing that I’ve been at Futures for 10 years. The company has grown a lot in this time, but the support and encouragement you receive to succeed and the focus on building long-term relationships have been consistent. Being part of a great team and knowing you make a difference to your clients and candidates makes it all worthwhile.”
