Dubai-based real estate developer Danube Properties has partnered with lifestyle channel FashionTV to launch Fashionz, a luxury residential tower in the heart of Dubai.
Fashionz will feature more than 700 apartments on 65 floors, each designed to reflect the glamour and sophistication of the FashionTV brand.
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Properties, said the project aimed to bring glamour and luxury fashion into real estate, adding that the homes should reflect who residents are and how they live.
Sajan added: “The worldwide recognition and appeal of FashionTV will complement Danube Properties’ vision to establish an ultra-fashionable residential tower that will stand out on its own and be a remarkable addition to the iconic Dubai skyline.”
The tower, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, will offer a range of amenities, including a FashionTV gym, a rooftop bar with a swimming pool, and FashionTV restaurants and cafes.

Fashionz will have over 40 facilities and amenities, including a Zumba and dance studio, meditation zone, trampoline park, fashion ramp, padel court, gazebo, skating rink, outdoor chess, fashion school, outdoor cinema, table tennis, a cigar room, a Japanese garden, a business centre with meeting space, a doctor on call, and a snooker zone.
Danube Properties has launched 22 projects, including Fashionz, with 10,713 residential units. The company has sold out five projects launched last year, with a development value exceeding Dh2.05 billion ($558m), due to the high demand for affordable luxury properties in Dubai.
Investing with Danube Properties also increases the chance of a 10-year Golden Visa, especially for those homeowners who qualify as per the investment criteria, subject to government approval.
Fashionz is Danube’s commitment to affordable luxury for the residents of Dubai with apartments starting at Dh850,000 ($230k).
