Newcastle-based pan-European outsourced sales & marketing specialists durhamlane has won a Global Sourcing Award (GSA) for Excellence in Partnership Collaboration, showcasing its commitment to its customers and the importance of building long-term partnerships.
durhamlane, which provides integrated sales & marketing for global brands with complex B2B offerings and hard-to-reach buyers, won the Excellence in Partnership Collaboration award for its ongoing work with Konica Minolta Business Solutions at the UK ceremony that took place on Thursday 16 June at Park Plaza Victoria in London.
Now in its 19th year, the UK Global Sourcing Awards recognise and celebrate the efforts of companies who have demonstrated best practice in Strategic Sourcing.
durhamlane’s entry for Excellence in Partnership Collaboration demonstrated its long-term partnership with Konica Minolta, based on trust, understanding, collaboration and results. The aim of the project was to raise awareness of Konica Minolta to prospects through a unified approach to sales and marketing to help execute demand generation.
Commenting on the project, Amanda Walsh, head of global & enterprise organisation at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, said: “Having worked with durhamlane over the past three years we are pleased with the way the relationship has developed into a trusted strategic partnership which delivers results.
“The key to success has been the regular communication, collaboration and optimisation of activity led by both companies’ sales and marketing teams. The partnership has been refined over time enabling a successful, scalable and enhanced demand generation model.”
durhamlane’s managing director, Jake Spence, said: “Building long-term partnerships with our customers has always been a core priority, as it enables us to truly get inside their worlds and helps us create strategies that generate longstanding return on investment.
“It’s our people that run the daily operations, working hard to onboard and manage our clients. Our collaborations and partnerships with companies help to strengthen the business, so this award is not just important to me and the senior leadership team, but the company as a whole and showcases the hard work the teams put in day in and day out. It’s exceptional to be publicly recognised for the work that we do.”
