Car Finance Company Clinches Feefo Platinum Award for the Fourth Time

First Response Finance, the vehicle finance company with offices in Nottingham, Leigh, and Glasgow, has recently won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fourth time in five years (2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024).

The prestigious award recognises businesses across the country that consistently deliver a first-class customer experience.

First established in 2014 by Feefo, an independent seal of excellence, the Trusted Service Award reflects a company’s dedication to providing outstanding customer care, analysing verified feedback and reviews from real-life consumers all over the UK.

Jonathan Such, head of sales at First Response Finance, said: “We’re delighted and humbled to receive the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for a fourth time.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and providing them with the best service and experience is our top priority.

The fact that this award is based on feedback from real customers reassures us that we continue to move in the right direction.”

The Platinum Trusted Service Award is presented only to businesses that have already clinched the Gold standard at least three times. To qualify for a Gold Trusted Service Award, companies must have collected a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo rating service of between 4.5 and 4.9 from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, praised First Response Finance for joining the exclusive list of UK organisations that take client delight to the next level.

The Trusted Service Awards have always been about recognising companies that go way beyond the norm in customer service and, in turn, receive great feedback from delighted customers,” Wheble said.

“A particular congratulations to First Response Finance for winning a Platinum Trusted Service Award by providing great customer service consistently over a number of years. I look forward to seeing them continue to achieve next year and beyond.”

As First Response Finance begins to work towards its 2024 objectives, Such concluded: “We have an exciting year ahead of us, and we’ll do anything we can to support our customers, especially in a time where purse strings are tight.

Client satisfaction remains our main focus, and we’ll keep listening to our people to ensure we are always doing what is right for them.”
