Barratt Homes has launched its brand new development of 72 homes on the site of the former Walkergate Hospital in Newcastle.
The exclusive Sycamore Grove is the closest new build development to Newcastle City Centre, making it ideal for professionals and families alike and will offer a mix of the housebuilder’s most popular three, four and five bedroom homes, as well as 11 affordable dwellings.
